However, this larger mod also has a feature called Emotion Weight Modifiers which lets you set on a per-Sim basis how strong their emotions have to be to shift their dominant mood, which is another way to do it, and which might be interesting if you have a lot of Sims for whom you might like to adjust the strength of their emotions. (You can pick and choose which traits in the set you want instead of installing all of them.) I'd say this is probably the best solution for a single Sim. Traits are one way to do this, and the Calm or Stoic traits here will give occasional small, or constant large boosts to the Fine mood.
